The successful candidate will be responsible for managing motor insurance claims, ensuring the end-to-end handling of their assigned portfolio. They will be expected to manage their workload independently and efficiently, maintaining a diligent, proactive approach and ensuring compliance with established service levels and deadlines.
The role also involves the technical assessment of claims, requiring accuracy in the evaluation of cases, decision-making, and the appropriate handling of reported incidents, in accordance with the organization's internal policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in claims handling, preferably within the motor insurance sector.
- Experience using DC Claims and/or CCS platforms.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly motor claims management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Experience in claims handling, preferably within the motor insurance sector.
- Knowledge of claims settlement procedures and practices.
- Strong analytical skills and sound decision-making ability.
